A book that is compact for the amount of good information it contains. I confess I need to work before I can reveal the sculptured abs I am skillfully hiding at present. I enjoyed it and try to put some of the advice into practice.

David Sandler’s book Fundamental Weight Training is well composed with lots of good information and clearly written. As a book of fundamentals, I would have preferred it to be aimed more at one using free weights privately at home.
