The day was supposed to be a special one in the household of the young surveyor. It was his wife&#8217;s birthday. He was in a joyous mood heading out for a job at a village called Wonpori.<\/p>\n<p>Eye witnesses said the surveyor  had already arrived the area safely and was cracking jokes with some villagers when suspected land speculators stormed the place. Without wasting time, they reportedly pounced on the four men.
